I work with somatic therapy. This therapy works with developing awareness of the mind-body connection and using specific interventions, somatic therapy helps to release the tension, anger, frustration, and other emotions that remain in a patient’s body from these past negative experiences. The goal is to help free the patient from what is preventing them from fully engaging in their lives. It opens the door from close to instant change. Treatment techniques include deep breathing, relaxation exercises, and meditation, each used to help relieve symptoms. Some of the adjunctive physical techniques that may be used with somatic therapy include dance, exercise, yoga, vocal work, and “bodywork” akin to massage or physical therapy. Treatment techniques can be used in individual or in group therapy settings. You may have strong emotional and physical sensations arise during somatic therapy as a result of working through memories of experiences that were painful for you.

Children’s care for specific issues
I have worked with children and childhood development issues for many years, focusing on concerns like abandonment, rage, fear, focus, and even bedwetting. Children are highly influenced by the stories they hear, so I create personalized healing stories (meditations) that parents can use with their child at their own pace. These stories not only help break down mental blocks but also build a new path for healing and strengthen the parent-child connection.
Grief therapy
Grief can be tricky—it often comes in waves, and I tell people to think of the ocean. You can’t stop a wave once it starts, but with the right support, you can ride it through. Grief can bring about behavioral changes, confusion, difficulty thinking or making decisions, and a sense of lost hope or direction. It can also make it hard to focus on anything besides your loss or manage everyday responsibilities.
Grief typically lasts from six months to two years, with symptoms improving over time. But it’s important to remember that grief doesn’t follow a set timeline or fit neatly into boxes—everyone’s experience is different. I work with you one-on-one to help you accept your loss, understand that survival is your right, and show you that you can cope with grief. You can get through this! Through private meditations, a six-step healing process, and fostering a personal connection to God, I help you see that grief is a natural part of life. It didn’t happen to you; it happened with you.

I look forward to
assisting you on your journey.
If you are seeking healing and have tried other methods without success, I’m here to help you find your way back to joy.
